Engagement Manager

Engagement managers at RedSeer are leaders in thought, action and innovation. They are experts in business, technology and execution.
Engagement managers typically own multiple end-to-end engagement for our clients including scoping, storyboarding and delivering the final output. They lead our team of consultants and analysts to work with client teams in defining the problem, breaking down the case and recommending practical solutions.

Engagement managers are also responsible for developing client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities with new and existing clients. Engagement managers are also key for mentoring, developing and hiring human capital and for creating thought leadership pieces and whitepaper.

Ideal Profile

  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience in research and consulting industry or management experience in one of the verticals such as BPO, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Education etc
  • Graduate/Post-Graduate from top universities with a strong Academic Background
  • Experience in handling large clients
  • Experience in business development
  • Enthusiastic about working in an entrepreneurial setup

 

Consultants

RedSeer’s consultants are smart, intellectually driven and knowledgeable in business and consulting. Consultants typically own end-to-end delivery of a single project with multiple work streams. They also lead a team of analysts for conducting primary and secondary research in order to gather relevant information.

Consultants form an integral part to RedSeer’s growth. They play a major role in developing the firm by contributing to culture development hiring, training and new business development.

RedSeer’s flat organizational structure and entrepreneurial spirit provides consultants with the ideal environment to develop their skills in client and project management. Consultants grow very quickly and mature into domain experts and thought leaders.

Ideal Profile

  • An MBA from a top tier institute with a strong academic background
  • Around 3-4years of work experience in research and consulting industry or management experience in one of the verticals such as BPO, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Education etc
  • Experience in conducting research

Research Analysts

Analysts at RedSeer are highly driven, motivated,and smart and possess strong analytical skills. They thrive on information driven research and either come directly from undergraduate programs with nowork experience or with proven track record of conducting research and analysis at prior jobs.

Analysts at RedSeer are given ownership and responsibility to deliver a key component of the final client deliverable. A research analyst would typicallyconduct primary and secondary research, manage interviews and contribute to final recommendations for the client.

At RedSeer we provide necessary trainings to our analysts for developing their analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
